Vegetables!
Roland Gourmet Food has some of my favorite gourmet vegetables -- I'm particularly found of artichoke hearts and really like them marinated. You'll also find bamboo shoots, capers, cornichons, baby carrots, cocktail onions, petite peas, water chestnuts and other fine vegetables.

Roland Gourmet Food offers a wide variety of mushrooms. For example, Roland Dried Fancy Porcini Mushrooms from Italy are pale brown in color with a strong, woodsy flavor. They have a smooth fleshy texture and the mushroom slices are about 1" in diameter. Boletus edulis is the latin name of this fungus; it is known as cepes in France.

Olives!
Roland Gourmet Food offers a delectable array of specialty olives to please any discerning palate. For example, Roland Pitted Kalamata Olives are a large almond shaped olive, purple-black in color with a strong, distinct flavor. These olives are from the Kalamata region of Greece, known for its agriculture and fine food. The olive is firm to medium soft, and is somewhat salty in taste.

Sardines!
Roland Gourmet Food offers a tasty assortment of sardines! You can taste sardines from Morocco, Portugal or even from Thailand! They are spicy or plain, in tomato sauce, boneless, skinless, low sodium -- you decide which you prefer! Personally, I would opt for the ones in olive oil.
